Sean is the President & Founder of Clarity Tenant Representation. Over the last 15 years representing tenants, he has become the trusted advisor for some of Washington DC’s highest profile Law firms, Lobbying firms, Non-Profit Associations, and multi-national organizations with a Washington DC presence. Through his professionalism and honesty, he has garnered the respect from his industry colleagues, and built a strong reputation in the real estate community as an elite negotiator and relentless advocate for his clients. This foundation is how Sean has successfully negotiated unparalleled deal terms for his clients.
Trust and dedication to his clients is why Sean founded Clarity TR, and the foundation it is built on. He understood the disconnect between local Washington DC tenants, and multi-national brokerage firms which results in a lack of care and service – ultimately costing the tenants money. In Clarity TR, Sean has built a consulting service that treats every client with the Principal-to-Principal attention found in a boutique firm, while maintaining the full range of tenant services typically only provided by larger corporate firms.
The Principal-to-Principal relationship Sean has with his clients derives from his commitment to the Washington DC community. As a lifelong DC native, Sean is deeply invested in the community through several organizations and has been a guest lecturer at the George Washington University and other respected venues. When Sean isn’t busy serving clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, and their four wonderful kids: Joseph (10), Chloe (9), Jacob (7), and Zacky (5). He also enjoys fishing, boating, and can often be found whipping up delicious dishes in the kitchen.
